          "text": "<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong>:<br>\nIn this role, the <strong>Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Systems Engineer</strong> will get end to end involvement—from Phase 0 design all the way to launch and orbit operations, to support satellite constellation projects. This includes participation in spacecraft design, assembly and integration; deployment and launch management to orbital position; and engineering of key satellite subsystems.<br>\nThe SAR payload engineer will perform and participate in the following tasks and activities:</p><ul><li>Generate and maintain the requirements of the SAR Antenna sub-system and other payload units</li><li>Perform requirements management activities, e.g. tracing parent and child requirements, requirements justification, etc.</li><li>Lead and/or coordinate the development of design architecture and sub-system level performance budgets</li><li>Support and/or coordinate a cross-disciplinary team to converge on a design architecture that meets the mission requirements</li><li>Support design review preparation and presentation; generate technical notes related to the design and analyses</li><li>Generate and maintain verification plan, matrices and detailed test requirements</li><li>Develop and maintain matrices to identify and track all product development hardware</li><li>Develop Test Plan, support test activities starting from the planning phase through to production</li><li>Review unit level &amp; system level test data, evaluate non-compliances</li><li>Support efforts on automated data post-processing/management</li></ul><p>***</p><p><strong>Rôle et responsabilités</strong> :<br>\nDans le cadre de cette fonction, l'<strong>Ingénieur systèmes en radar à synthèse d'ouverture (SAR)</strong> sera impliqué dans l'ensemble du processus, depuis la conception en phase 0 jusqu'au lancement et aux opérations en orbite, afin de soutenir les projets de constellations de satellites. Cela comprend la participation à la conception, à l'assemblage et à l'intégration des engins spatiaux; la gestion du déploiement et du lancement jusqu'à la mise en orbite; ainsi que l'ingénierie des sous-systèmes clés des satellites.<br>\nL'ingénieur en charge de la charge utile SAR sera chargé d'effectuer et de participer aux tâches et activités suivantes :</p><ul><li>Élaborer et mettre à jour les spécifications du sous-système d'antenne SAR et des autres unités de charge utile</li><li>Assurer la gestion des spécifications, par exemple en assurant la traçabilité des spécifications principales et dérivées, en justifiant les spécifications, etc.</li><li>Diriger et/ou coordonner l'élaboration de l'architecture de conception et des budgets de performance au niveau des sous-systèmes</li><li>Soutenir et/ou coordonner une équipe pluridisciplinaire afin de parvenir à une architecture de conception répondant aux exigences de la mission</li><li>Soutenir la préparation et la présentation des revues de conception ; rédiger des notes techniques relatives à la conception et aux analyses</li><li>Élaborer et tenir à jour le plan de vérification, les matrices et les spécifications détaillées des essais</li><li>Développer et tenir à jour des matrices permettant d'identifier et de suivre l'ensemble du matériel de développement du produit</li><li>Élaborer le plan d'essais, soutenir les activités d'essais depuis la phase de planification jusqu'à la production</li><li>Examiner les données d'essais au niveau des unités et du système, évaluer les non-conformités</li><li>Soutenir les efforts en matière de post-traitement et de gestion automatisés des données</li></ul>",
