Prior franchising experience is not required. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate leadership potential, strong organizational skills, and a drive to learn.</p><p>You will interact with both new and established franchise owners, helping answer questions, coordinate orders, and ensure they have the tools and resources needed throughout the season.</p><p>This position includes 4 days per week in person at our North Attleboro office.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Serve as a key point of contact between franchise owners and the Mosquito Shield home office.</p><p>Assist franchise owners with product ordering, supply coordination, and operational support.</p><p>Respond to franchisee questions related to systems, products, orders, and business operations.</p><p>Support franchise owners by helping them access tools, resources, and best practices within the Mosquito Shield system.</p><p>Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and supply chain to resolve franchisee needs.</p><p>Assist with onboarding and supporting new franchise owners entering the system.</p><p>Help prepare and organize franchise meetings, calls, and training sessions.</p><p>Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure franchise owners have clear and consistent information.</p><p>Build strong working relationships with franchise owners and internal teams.</p><p>Other duties as assigned.</p>",
