A project manager will find creative solutions to ensure our client’s satisfaction and earn repeat business.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB TITLE:</span> Senior Project Manager<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REPORTS TO: </span>Vice President, General Manager</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact with owners/clients, architects, trade partners, and other industry representatives</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead project teams and delegate roles and responsibilities</li>\n<li>Develop and manages budgets, estimates, and write proposals</li>\n<li>Participate in trade partner and supplier selection; draft, review, issue, and administers agreements and delegate as necessary</li>\n<li>Ensure the profitability of assigned projects</li>\n<li>Review and maintain project plans/files; change orders, purchase orders, building permits and inspections, contingency budgets, and construction schedules</li>\n<li>Compose and submit monthly project reports</li>\n<li>Manage communication process with owners, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, and Graham management and staff before, during, and after a project</li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with the company safety policies, state and federal laws, OSHA, building codes, non-discrimination requirements, etc.</li>\n<li>Works with owner and architect to conduct punch list final inspections, oversee job clean-up, and ensure timely completion of required work items</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops great professional relationships in the industry/community to drive business for the organization</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Attends Industry Association events such as IHA, ISHE, MBI, and AIA</li>\n<li>Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Outlook</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow Graham Core Process, including jobsite checklists</li>\n<li>All other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What knowledge, skills, and abilities you’ll bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management/related degree or equivalent experience + 10 years of related construction experience</li>\n<li>Preconstruction experience preferred</li>\n<li>Healthcare Construction experience preferred</li>\n<li>Great verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Extremely detail-oriented</li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Legal Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license</li>\n<li>Ability to pass post-offer employment testing</li>\n<li>Ability to pass a post-offer drug test<br></li>\n<li>Must be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.</li>\n<li>Must be able to work in a noisy environment</li>\n<li>Ability to work within Graham Construction, a 3G Company’s operational regions, as assigned</li>\n<li>Ability to take and pass OSHA 30 certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What benefits you’ll enjoy:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>401K with a 6% immediate vesting match</li>\n<li>Personalized growth opportunities</li>\n<li>Two healthcare plans to choose from</li>\n<li>Vision, Dental, &amp; Life Insurance</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off </li>\n<li>9 Company holidays annually</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Project Manager I and Project Manager II roles also available dependent on candidate’s education and experience.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">More about Graham Construction, a 3G Company:</span> John Graham, a well-known developer, in the Midwest founded Graham Construction, a 3G Company in 1981.
