    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Senior Pavement Engineer</strong><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Lead the design of critical infrastructure</strong><br>At WSP, you’ll do more than deliver designs—you’ll shape the future of transport infrastructure.
