Their duties typically include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting testing and analysis, ensuring product quality, and supporting product lifecycle management. They often work on improving product functionality, features, and manufacturing processes. will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, optimize production processes, and maintain quality standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Skills and Abilities:</p>\n<p>· Core tools PFEMA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC</p>\n<p>· MS Office</p>\n<p>· Proactively contributes to the team.</p>\n<p>· Planning and prioritizing activities</p>\n<p>· Excellent negotiations skills</p>\n<p>· Ability to present data effectively.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<p>· Design and develop new products and improve existing products based on customer feedback and market research.</p>\n<p>· Conduct feasibility studies, prototype development, and testing to validate product designs.</p>\n<p>· Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize production processes and ensure product quality.</p>\n<p>· Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.</p>\n<p>· Maintain detailed documentation of product specifications, design changes, and testing results.</p>\n<p>· Support troubleshooting and resolution of product issues post-launch.</p>\n<p>· Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.</p>\n<p>· Develop and manage detailed NPI plans, schedules, and timelines.</p>\n<p>· Perform design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews and provide feedback.</p>\n<p>· Serve as a point of contact between engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.</p>\n<p>· Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives related to new products.</p>\n<p>· Coordinate and support pilot production runs and initial high-volume production.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Additional Responsibilities:</p>\n<p>· Create Presentations to review with High management team.</p>\n<p>· Complete improvement projects, as necessary.</p>\n<p>· Work with the support departments to drive results.</p>\n<p>· Follow 6s procedures.</p>\n<p>· Interact with Toolroom and Maintenance Departments on equipment and tool repair and development of new equipment and tools to sustain quality.</p>\n<p>· Attend daily huddles and other meetings to ensure smooth flow of communication.</p>\n<p>· Follow safety policies and procedures.
