In supporting seamless finance operations for this region, the accounting Manager will work closely with operational teams, tax agents, auditors and local banks to ensure finance activities are being executed efficiently and effectively, maintaining strong controls and adherence to accounting policies. The incumbent is also expected to drive standardization and process optimization, ensure best practices.   </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key accountabilities and performance indicators include:</span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage full financial operations and reporting, ensuring accuracy in SAP monthly close, trial balance, P&amp;L, balance sheet, journal adjustments, deferred revenue, and financial consolidation. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and finalize corporate financial reports, provide data-driven insights to support business decisions, and ensure compliance with internal controls and certification standards. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead annual audits, tax schedules, and Year-End Tax Package preparation; coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, banks, and authorities to ensure statutory compliance and regulatory filings. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strengthen and optimize internal controls, enhance financial processes and automation, and support transfer pricing compliance with global regulations. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partner with internal stakeholders to align financial reporting with operational needs and ensure efficient governance. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide leadership to the finance team and support ad hoc projects and additional tasks as required. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You</span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">To be successful in this role, you will possess the following </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">University degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; professional qualifications (CPA, Chartered Accountant, MBA) preferred. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least 7 years of experience in financial accounting and/or taxation, including leadership and people‑management responsibilities; Big 4 experience and strong technical skills desirable. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Industry experience in pharmaceutical/medical devices is an advantage; strong understanding of corporate reporting, taxation, and transfer pricing. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on, business‑oriented approach with strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal capability. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrates perseverance, discipline, flexibility, agility, high ethics, integrity, initiative, empathy, teamwork, resourcefulness, and a strong “can‑do” attitude suited for fast‑paced environments. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements / Working Conditions</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Adhere to company values at all times </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">If you wish to be part of an energetic team within a thriving organisation, focused on bringing innovative products to market, please <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">APPLY TODAY!</span> We want you to join us in our pursuit of healthy living! </span></p>",
