You'll partner with engineering, product, and business leadership to drive programs that matter - with real accountability and real impact. </p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is equally comfortable in the details and in the boardroom, and who knows how to build trust and alignment across diverse teams. </p>\n<p><strong>Your Impact</strong> </p>\n<p><strong>Program Leadership & Delivery (40%)</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end  from planning and initiation through execution and closure. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage multiple concurrent programs simultaneously, maintaining quality and delivery timelines across all workstreams. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Define program vision, roadmap, and success metrics that align with broader business strategy. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and mitigate risks proactively, and step in to stabilize and turn around at-risk programs when needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder & Executive Engagement (30%)</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for executive and senior leadership  delivering clear, confident updates on status, risks, and decisions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain strong working relationships across Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Finance, and Operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive accountability and alignment across stakeholder groups without relying on direct authority. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Facilitate governance structures, escalation paths, and stakeholder communication rhythms. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Process, Governance & Tooling (20%)</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish and evolve program management best practices, planning templates, reporting standards and delivery frameworks. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Own program governance; program increment planning, milestone planning, critical path analysis, dependency mapping, and risk management. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support or help stand up PMO functions and contribute to delivery maturity across the organization. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Use metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track program health and surface insights for decision-making. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team Development (10%)</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mentor and support Project Managers and delivery leads, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of accountability. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a delivery coach across teams, identifying gaps in process maturity and partnering with leads to close them. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Champion change management and organizational adoption for transformational initiatives. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years of program management experience, including at least 3 years leading large-scale, enterprise-level technical programs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven track record delivering complex programs with high organizational visibility and business impact. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Background in SaaS product delivery, enterprise platforms, or healthcare technology is a strong plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to engage fluently in technical discussions, understanding architecture tradeoffs, infrastructure decisions, and how engineering choices affect delivery timelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced partnering with tech leads and architects to align on release readiness, sequencing, and mitigation strategies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience managing program budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-stakes decisions under pressure. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong executive communication skills — able to present clearly and confidently to senior leadership. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in program governance, dependency mapping, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced in change management and driving organizational adoption across complex programs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li> Skilled at influencing and driving alignment without direct authority. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Waterfall — and the judgment to apply the right approach. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience setting up or contributing to PMO functions and delivery best practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in Jira and Confluence, with working knowledge of enterprise planning tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet or Excel. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Hands-on familiarity with release management and CI/CD delivery models in technical environments. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Comfortable building and maintaining executive-facing reporting dashboards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>PMP or SAFe certification is preferred.
