          "text": "<p>As The Head&#xa0;of Technology and Development for ADAS in North America, you will lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution for our global advanced driver assistance systems development and deployment. This includes driving innovation, overseeing a high-performing engineering team, and collaborating closely with global counterparts to deliver cutting-edge L2+ and L3 ADAS solutions. While your primary focus is on the overall functional ADAS technology roadmap, you will also play a crucial role in defining the ADAS development and delivery ecosystem that enables our success.&#xa0; This involves defining, delivering and managing a global, multi-project capable data-driven platform for training, testing, and deploying AI models focused ADAS systems to our customers. &#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;Responsibilities&#xa0;</p><ul><li><strong>Lead ADAS Technology Strategy:</strong> Define and execute the North American ADAS technology roadmap, aligned with global Bosch strategy and customer needs. This includes ownership of the architectural vision, technology selection, and development processes.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Drive Innovation:</strong> Foster a culture of innovation and explore emerging technologies to maintain Bosch's leadership in the ADAS space. Identify and evaluate new concepts, algorithms, and hardware to enhance our ADAS offerings.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Build and Manage High-Performing Teams:</strong> Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of highly skilled engineers, fostering collaboration and individual growth. This includes resource allocation, performance management, and talent acquisition.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Global Collaboration: </strong>Work closely with global ADAS teams, including engineering, product management, and research, to ensure alignment and leverage synergies across regions.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>AI Development Ecosystem Ownership:&#xa0;</strong><ul><li>Build and lead a global team of key stakeholders &amp; contributors to define the data lifecycle and business processes for continuously developing and deploying ML-based ADAS systems globally&#xa0;</li><li>Oversee the design and evolution of the ADAS system delivery ecosystem, encompassing data acquisition, processing, model training, testing, validation, and deployment.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure seamless integration of AI models into the broader ADAS software architecture and contribute to the overall platform strategy.&#xa0;</li><li>Champion and implement modern software development and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Agile, Domain and Data Driven Design) within the continuous multi-customer development lifecycle.&#xa0;</li><li>Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI/ML and adapt the ecosystem accordingly.&#xa0;</li></ul></li><li><strong>Customer Engagement &amp; Partnerships</strong>: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the automotive industry to understand their needs and shape future product development. &#xa0;<br>\n&#xa0;</li></ul>",
