Our clients include the nation's most significant financial institutions, a testament to our stability and success in the industry.</p>\n<p>As a debt collector with us, you will receive competitive hourly pay, a lucrative bonus structure of up to $3,000 monthly, and eligibility for monthly contests.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements</span> - Candidates should have the following qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred but not required: At least two years of debt collections, sales, or telemarketing experience.</li>\n<li>Preferred but not required: Knowledge of the FDCPA and other debt collection regulations.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li>\n<li>Exceptional negotiation skills and customer service.</li>\n<li>Typing and general computer skills</li>\n<li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Must pass a background check.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Type:</span></p>\n<p>Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Compensation ranges from $31,200 to $77,360, including hourly pay and bonus opportunities.</p>\n<p>Credit Control, LLC is a well-established, successful, and compliant collection agency.
