This role focuses on providing targeted, data-driven interventions, particularly for scholars with special education needs and multilingual/English language needs. The Classroom Interventionist delivers small-group (sometimes whole group) instruction, monitors scholar progress, and supports the implementation of individualized and tiered interventions to ensure all scholars meet grade-level expectations. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Collaborate with Classroom Teachers</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work alongside licensed teachers in general education classrooms to support daily instruction and ensure access to grade-level content.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with teachers, specialists, and support staff to plan and implement targeted interventions aligned to scholar needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in data meetings, professional learning communities (PLCs), and problem-solving teams to support instructional decision-making.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Provide Targeted Instruction &amp; Interventions</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Deliver small-group and one-on-one instruction to scholars requiring additional academic support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Implement research-based intervention strategies to address gaps in literacy, math, language acquisition, and/or behavior.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support scholars with IEPs, 504 Plans, and ILPs by reinforcing accommodations and modifications during instruction.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Monitor and Track scholar Data</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collect, track, and analyze scholar performance data during lessons and intervention blocks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Use progress monitoring tools and assessment data to inform instructional adjustments and intervention planning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate records of scholar progress, interventions, and outcomes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Support Differentiated Instruction</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist in adapting materials and scaffolding instruction to meet diverse learning needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Help ensure that all scholars can access rigorous, grade-level content through strategic support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reinforce teacher-led instruction through guided practice and real-time feedback.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Implement Intervention Plans</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support the development and execution of individualized intervention plans based on scholar data and identified needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Adjust interventions as needed based on ongoing progress monitoring and feedback.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Promote a Positive Learning Environment</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build strong relationships with scholars to foster engagement, confidence, and academic growth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support classroom management systems and contribute to a structured, safe, and inclusive learning environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Communication &amp; Collaboration</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicate regularly with teachers and staff regarding scholar progress and instructional needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with special education staff, ML coordinators, and families as appropriate to ensure aligned supports.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Associate’s degree in Education or related field (preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to obtain licensure (preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with diverse learners, including scholars with disabilities and English Learners</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of differentiated instruction, RTI/MTSS frameworks, and data-driven instruction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to analyze data and adjust instruction to meet student needs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
