          "text": "<ul><li>Plan, coordinate and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of the department.</li><li>Oversee the staff schedule 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for dorm coverage.</li><li>Conducts weekly walk through and follows up with staff to ensure all discrepancies are addressed.</li><li>Report to the Safety Manager and Safety Officer any problems that have been identified in the dormitories area immediately.</li><li>Ensures that the center maintains the highest level of data integrity in all reporting of center statistics and metrics.</li><li>Control use of equipment and supplies; recommend purchases as needed.</li><li>Provides communication for all serious or significant incidents.</li><li>Conducts regular staff meetings and employee training sessions.</li><li>Provides monthly and weekly activity reports to the Social Development Director.</li><li>Provide support and guidance to staff in dealing with behavior of students and resolving individual or group situations.</li><li>Prepares reports, budgets, and objectives for the residential living components.</li><li>Ensures that order and discipline are maintained in dormitories, while promoting self-discipline and an awareness of others.</li><li>Ensures orderly and clean-living conditions.</li><li>Oversees social skills and student leadership sessions.</li><li>Attends required staff training sessions.</li><li>Facilitates prompt and appropriate assistance to students in the event of injury, illness, emotional trauma, arrest, trouble at home and other traumatic experiences.</li><li>Conduct case note audit, review/audit residential student folders, and recreation water safety in CIS.</li><li>Conduct daily briefing with noted departments on center for the purpose of disseminating information and reporting of any concern that occurred during the day.</li><li>Clearly communicates and consistently models appropriate CSS and employability skills including personal responsibility and computer fluency.&#xa0;</li><li>Assesses personnel needs and works with the Human Resources department to screen and interview potential staff. Recommends promotions, transfers, and merit evaluations within the department. Conducts and prepares performance appraisals.</li><li>Clearly communicates and consistently models appropriate CSS and employability skills.</li><li>Maintains accountability of staff, students, and property.</li><li>Adheres to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.</li><li>Fosters and sustains a conducive environment at the center, ensuring it remains free from harassment, intimidation, and disrespect, thereby ensuring a safe space for both staff and students to engage in work and learning.</li></ul>",
