Description

Description As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation, and Succession modules. You will collaborate closely with HR, Talent, Compensation COEs, and IT teams to ensure the effective configuration and integration of these modules. Your expertise in XML, MDF, and RBP will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities Configure Goal Plans, Performance forms, and manage related settings. Support Continuous Performance Management processes and year-end rollovers. Configure Compensation worksheets, guidelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with Employee Central. Maintain XML templates and approval workflows for Compensation cycles. Integrate PMGM, Compensation, and Succession with Employee Central for seamless data flow. Prepare reports and ensure audit readiness, security, and data accuracy for performance, compensation, and succession data. Perform quarterly release impact analysis and regression testing to maintain system stability. Provide L2/L3 production support, conduct root cause analysis, and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with HR and Talent teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical configurations. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation, and Succession modules. Strong knowledge of XML, MDF, and RBP for configuration and customization. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. SAP Certified Application Associate – Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession certification is mandatory. Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors modules with Employee Central is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate configuration and data management. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors enhancements.
