Capture Manager

The Capture Manager is responsible for leading capture efforts, conducting market analysis, and devising capture strategies to win contracts supporting DoW, US/foreign governments, and OEMs. This leader will work closely with internal stakeholders, defense contractors, prime contractors, and OEMs in developing executable support and sustainment strategies resulting in lower life cycle costs for the customer, and reasonable profit for AAR. Knowledge of the Shiply Capture and Proposal Management processes Must have ability to obtain up to Top Secret level clearance.
