Description

The restaurant cashier/bartender works under the direction of the Food & Beverage Management team. The primary responsibilities include taking and delivering both food and beverage orders, assisting customers, completing transactions, while providing exceptional service to your guests. • Handle cash and credit transactions with customers • Scan goods and collect payments • Ensure pricing is correct • Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets • Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property’s cash handling policy • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards and guest relations and etiquette • Maintains current knowledge of hotel culture, amenities, and services, events in the area, points of interest, and services in the area • Knows all drink items and recipes, menu items, and prices to effectively promote to guests • Delivers food and beverages to guests • Runs opening and closing procedures • Completes closing financial Paperwork • Re-Stocks working area • All other tasks and duties as assigned The restaurant cashier/bartender works under the direction of the Food & Beverage Management team.
