    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a <strong>potential</strong> opportunity for a civilian<strong> Neurologist </strong>at<strong> Nellis AFB</strong> in<strong> Nevada.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Details:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time position</li>\n <li>Monday - Friday 0730 - 1630</li>\n <li>On-call required </li>\n <li>Freedom from Malpractice Insurance Worries</li>\n <li>Outpatient environment with consultation for inpatient services and stroke coverage when on-call</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Successful complete of ACGME approved Neurology Medical Residency</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of neurologic clinical experience<strong> required</strong></li>\n <li>BLS and ACLS required </li>\n <li>Board certification in adult Neurology</li>\n <li>Unrestricted Medical License in Nevada</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and disorders of the nervous system. </li>\n <li>Provide immediate evaluation and management of emergency problems as they occur.</li>\n <li>Capable of performing lumbar punctures, interpreting nerve conduction studies and electromyography.</li>\n <li>Perform evoked potentials and electroencephalograms.</li>\n <li>Capable of providing chemo denervation (such as botulinum toxin injections) for common neurological conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Company Overview:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Spectrum, we utilize over thirty-five years of experience providing optimal solutions for federal agencies that are both innovative and cost-effective.
