      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within manufacturing, electrical equipment, industrial products, or electromechanical environments.</li>\n<li>Experience overseeing engineered-to-order, configure-to-order, or custom manufacturing projects.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of project scheduling, order management, and long-lead procurement planning.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, single-line electrical diagrams, and technical specifications.</li>\n<li>Experience working closely with engineering, supply chain, production, and quality departments.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with ERP systems and project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and customer management skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li>\n"
