    "description": "<p>Location: Billings <br>Position Type: Full-Time (4-Day Work Week) and willing to work OT when necessary  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>About the Role </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Star Electric, we build more than projects, we build careers.</p>\n<p> <br>We’re looking for experienced, hard-working 2nd, 3rd, 4th Year Apprentice  and Journeyman to join our growing team and work on a variety of commercial and industrial jobs in Billings and across Montana.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Target start date is early to mid August. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll be a vital part of the field team, executing high-quality electrical installations and supporting the success of each project. You will report directly to the Site Foreman and are expected to take ownership of your work, maintain high safety standards, and contribute positively to the crew dynamic. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We live by our Core Values: <br>Hard Work, Positive Attitude, Trustworthy, Take Ownership </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What You’ll Do </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform electrical installations on commercial and industrial job sites under the direction of the Site Foreman or Lead. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete tasks with attention to detail, quality, and efficiency. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support apprentice development by answering questions and demonstrating proper techniques. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all work meets Star Electric’s safety and quality standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and care for tools, materials, and job site cleanliness. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with fellow electricians and foremen to ensure smooth workflow. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel as needed for projects across Montana (overnight travel required at times; typically, home on weekends). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Accurately report completed work and track time and materials used. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What We’re Looking For </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in commercial/industrial electrical installations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Team-player mentality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reliability, punctuality, and accountability in all aspects of the job. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR and reliable transportation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Willingness to travel throughout Montana for assigned jobs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work on ladders, and perform trade-related tasks. </li>\n<li>Strong commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and professional conduct. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What We Offer </p>\n<p>At Star Electric, we invest in our team members so they can thrive. Here's what you can expect: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-day work week with consistent hours. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, vision, and dental insurance.
