    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are expanding at CentraCare Plaza! &nbsp;Make a difference within the community by joining our CentraCare cleaning (EVS) team at one of our non-Hospital locations such as the CentraCare Plaza or one of our other Clinic locations around the St. Cloud area.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What do our Plaza and Clinic cleaners do?</strong></p><p>Our cleaning staff serve a vital role in making a difference by ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. These non-Hospital positions will work at our Plaza or other Clinics and out-buildings. &nbsp;These cleaning roles require&nbsp;interacting and communicating with staff, patients and families of patients while sanitizing patient rooms and public spaces throughout our locations. Previous experience in housekeeping&nbsp;or commercial cleaning&nbsp;is ideal but not required. Join the team at Central Minnesota’s largest employer!&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Various Schedules are available for Cleaners, Floors, Laundry:</strong></p><ul><li>Afternoon/Evenings | 4 to 8-hour shifts (mainly 5pm-1:30am or 5pm-9pm).<ul><li>Day shift is not available at this time.</li></ul></li><li>Full-time | 60-80 Hours per two weeks or&nbsp;</li><li>Part-time | 40+ Hours per two weeks<ul><li>Part Time Hires may be offered extra hours to stay past 9pm on some shifts.</li></ul></li><li>Some positions may include Weekend and Holiday rotations, but this is rare with our Plaza and Clinics.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards):</strong></p><ul><li>Wage rates start at $19.19 per hour offering more with experience.<ul><li>Full pay range for this position is $17.00 to $25.54 hourly.</li><li>After 3pm shift differential is + $1.00 per hour.</li><li>Weekend shift differential is + $1.05 per hour.</li></ul></li><li>Excellent comprehensive medical/dental benefits, PTO, life insurance, disability, 401K and more!&nbsp;</li><li>CentraCare employees are eligible for additional fringe benefits like discounts at hundreds of local restaurants, theaters, and local attractions!</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><ul><li>Positions available throughout various CentraCare locations to include but not limited to:<ul><li>CentraCare Plaza, St. Cloud</li><li>Greater St. Cloud Area buildings: Sartell Clinic, Midsota Clinic, Northway Clinic, Sleep Center, and more</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Facility cleaners will sanitize rooms after patients have been seen.&nbsp;</li><li>Tasks include vacuuming, mopping, changing bedding and re-stocking bathrooms.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Rooms, hallways, entryways and lobbies must be cleaned thoroughly to ensure patient, visitor and staff safety. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Position includes working with chemicals and coming in contact with bodily fluids.&nbsp;</li><li>PPE is&nbsp;<u>required</u>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<i><u>provided</u></i>&nbsp;to protect your health and safety!</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Ability to read, write simple task requests and reports, and</strong> <strong>communicate well (both written and verbal)</strong> with others is required for these positions.</li><li>Ability to take initiative and work independently</li><li>Excellent time management skills and detail-oriented</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age due to handling of cleaning chemicals and operating mechanical lifts</li><li>High School Diploma, GED or equivalent</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Next steps:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Application will be reviewed.
