    "description_html": "<p><span style=\"font-size:22px;\"><strong>PCIT Implementation Specialist – Independent Contractor</strong></span></p><p><br><em><strong>What is PCIT?</strong></em><br>Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is an evidence-based treatment designed to improve the parent-child relationship and reduce disruptive behaviors in young children. Grounded in decades of research, PCIT is effective for children ages 2 to 7 and focuses on enhancing positive communication, increasing cooperation, and decreasing behaviors like defiance, aggression, and tantrums.<br><br>As a contracted PCIT Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><br><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Build vital systems relationships to sustain training infrastructure, motivate provider  </li><li><p>Oversee the selection and onboarding of provider agencies for PCIT training. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain implementation plans (including selection, readiness, capacity-building, and overcoming barriers to implementation). </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure compliance with all state requirements and project procedures. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide necessary documentation and data for required reporting. </p></li><li><p>Support PCIT International in tracking training activities and fidelity monitoring. </p></li><li><p>Facilitate accessibility of training (both online and in-person), consultation, and certification preparation. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist with database development and reporting as needed. </p></li><li><p>Collaborate with PCIT International to manage timelines and deliverables. </p></li><li><p>Participate in project management meetings. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Partner with project personnel, including the Executive Director, Project Director, Project Evaluator, and Expert Training Team. <br> </p></li></ul><p><u><strong>Qualifications: </strong></u></p><ul><li><p>Master’s degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Familiarity with PCIT<em> </em><strong><em>required.</em> </strong></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><em><strong>Located in California preferred. </strong></em></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience with evidence-based practice implementation<strong><em> required. </em></strong></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Bilingual in Spanish a plus. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><br><br><u><strong>Compensation:</strong></u></p><ul><li><p>As a <strong>contractor</strong>,<u> you are not a full-time employee</u>.
