We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Medical Assistant</span> who is motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within a mission-driven organization.</p>\n<p>This role supports a male recovery program, including court-ordered observed screenings, and operates within a gender-specific treatment environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary:</span></span></p>\n<p>The Medical Assistant plays a key role in supporting clinical operations by providing direct patient care, assisting providers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience in a medium to fast-paced setting.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform patient intake, triage, and vital signs; update medications and medical history</li>\n<li>Provide clinical support including venipuncture, injections, vaccines, EKGs, wound care, and urinalysis (observed collections)</li>\n<li>Assist with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) workflows and patient support</li>\n<li>Document accurately in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and maintain compliance</li>\n<li>Coordinate patient flow, scheduling support, referrals, and front/back office tasks</li>\n<li>Communicate with patients, families, and care team to support patient-centered care</li>\n<li>Follow infection control and safety protocol<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li>\n<li>Medical Assistant certification <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">preferred, but not required</span></li>\n<li>Successful completion of BCI/FBI background check and pre-employment drug screen</li>\n<li>Phlebotomy experience <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">preferred</span></li>\n<li>Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or MAT preferred.<br></li>\n<li>Experience with medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems <br></li>\n<li>Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage</li>\n<li>Short-Term Disability </li>\n<li>100% company-paid life insurance ($25,000) with optional supplemental coverage</li>\n<li>401(k) with employer match (eligibility after one year)</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li>\n<li>Paid holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds</li>\n<li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><br></span><br></p>\n<ul></ul>",
