We offer <u>competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs</u> to support you and your family.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To Learn More Visit: http://www.geosyntec.com/careers/.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring technical quality and client satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Mentor and provide guidance to early and mid career professionals within the team.</li>\n <li>Oversee detailed site-civil design, including grading, drainage, and utility layout.</li>\n <li>Oversee hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for stormwater management and floodplain studies.</li>\n <li>Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain local, state, and federal permits for projects.</li>\n <li>Utilize business skills relevant to consulting, such as client relationship management and proposal development, to develop an infrastructure engineering practice.</li>\n <li>Lead a team of early, mid and late career professionals to complete projects.</li>\n <li>Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience and Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 10 years (15+ preferred) of direct site civil engineering and consulting experience (required); or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)</li>\n <li>Managing complex interdisciplinary projects for private and public sector clients</li>\n <li>Effective business development and client management skills</li>\n <li>Technical leadership for civil design and site layout</li>\n <li>Task and project management. (required)</li>\n <li>Strong oral and technical writing skills. (required)</li>\n <li>Relevant engineering software. (e.g., AutoCAD Civil3D, SWMM, HydroCAD, and ArcGIS. (preferred)</li>\n <li>Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing may be required.</li>\n <li>Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel.
