    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p>Description of duties to include but not limited to the following: &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Welcome guests into the restaurant by holding the door open and / or verbally with a genuinely friendly &ldquo;Welcome to Kaluz.&rdquo;</li><li>Provide accurate wait times and monitor wait lists. &nbsp;</li><li>Make and manage reservations within the appropriate availability, party size, and time slot. &nbsp;</li><li>Escort guests to assigned dining, patio, bar, or lounge areas. &nbsp;</li><li>Provide menus any other necessary items for guest use and inform the guest of their server&rsquo;s name (if known). &nbsp;</li><li>Bid farewell to departing guests (holding door as available). &nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate and communicate with service team about any reservations requiring special attention or needs (celebrations, etc.). &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean lobby and reception area. &nbsp;</li><li>Acknowledge and cater to any guests that need extra attention (wheelchairs, children, elderly, etc.). &nbsp;</li><li>Answer phones in a timely fashion and address guest questions as they occur. &nbsp;</li><li>Follow up on timely and consistent bathroom checks (insuring cleanliness, items stocked and replenished as needed, spot sweeping, etc.)</li><li>Assist waitstaff as needed with maintaining a clean dining room, bussing tables, sweeping floors, etc.</li><li>Attend any department and / or food safety / alcohol safety meetings to keep compliance with company policies.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
