The firm’s portfolio of work is defined by crafted details, innovative use of materials, and contextual sensitivity across residential, hospitality, educational, cultural, and commercial sectors. CetraRuddy is seeking an Experienced Project Manager   to join our dynamic team. This is a leadership role focused on owning the successful delivery of complex architectural projects , from early design through construction. Working under the direction of a Principal and in close partnership with a Project Architect, you will be responsible for project execution, team leadership, client management, and operational performance . The Project Manager serves as the primary driver of scope, schedule, budget, and staffing, while also maintaining a strong understanding of the design and technical process. You will lead internal teams and consultant coordination, manage client communication, and ensure that design intent is realized within defined constraints. Design & production work will be developed exclusively in Revit. If you are not already proficient in working in Revit, you will need to be eager to learn and quick to adapt. Additionally, you will be expected to be proficient in Enscape, Bluebeam, InDesign, and Photoshop. It is critical that you are comfortable learning new tools and eager to use them efficiently. This role will be active throughout all phases of design projects, and the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manipulate conceptual ideas and develop them through design into technical solutions. You must have strong curiosity and ambition, show initiative, and demonstrate a desire to learn about and share your knowledge of building systems, materials, and technologies, as well as codes and standards. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, be detail-oriented, and be organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. This is a great opportunity for intelligent, design-oriented people committed to excellence. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a hybrid optional working environment on Mondays and Fridays, great colleagues, and an exciting environment with opportunities for professional development within a collaborative team. Responsibilities Serve as the Project Manager responsible for overall project delivery, reporting directly to the Principal in charge. Own project scope, schedule, budget, staffing plans, and fee management across all phases. Lead project planning efforts, including work plans, consultant coordination, and construction planning. Actively manage risk, change orders, and scope adjustments to protect project and firm performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading communication, decision-making, and issue resolution. Lead and mentor project teams, including Project Architects and production staff, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and workflow. Coordinate consultants and external partners to maintain alignment with project goals, schedule, and deliverables. Foster team cohesion, efficiency, and a high standard of execution. Provide oversight of design development and technical documentation to ensure quality, coordination, and code compliance. Review drawings and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and constructability. Maintain sufficient hands-on capability to step into production when required, including the development of drawing sets.
