This is a leadership role focused on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">owning the successful delivery of complex architectural projects</span>, from early design through construction. Working under the direction of a Principal and in close partnership with a Project Architect, you will be responsible for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">project execution, team leadership, client management, and operational performance</span>.</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Project Manager serves as the primary driver of scope, schedule, budget, and staffing, while also maintaining a strong understanding of the design and technical process. You will lead internal teams and consultant coordination, manage client communication, and ensure that design intent is realized within defined constraints. This role offers deep exposure to firm leadership, project economics, and decision-making across all phases of practice.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">While this is not a pure production role, the successful candidate must be design-literate and technically fluent, able to engage meaningfully with drawings, details, and documentation to guide teams and resolve issues efficiently.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Design &amp; production work will be developed exclusively in Revit. If you are not already proficient in working in Revit, you will need to be eager to learn and quick to adapt. Additionally, you will be expected to be proficient in Enscape, Bluebeam, InDesign, and Photoshop.
