We provide comprehensive patient-oriented care to address mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, and more.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Join us in 2026 and enjoy a $50,000 Sign-On Bonus!</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will possess a strong psychopharmacology and behavioral health background, with experience in outpatient and inpatient settings. The role requires a fellowship-trained provider in child and adolescent psychiatry with experience in providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients, including those with developmental disabilities and addiction issues. The primary responsibility will be in the outpatient setting, however there is an opportunity for the Psychiatrist to serve as an inpatient Child &amp; Adolescent Medical Director. Inpatient responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, assisting the inpatient team in development of treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>This position will include a combination of inpatient and outpatient work, including managing the child IOP/PHP program, developing and maintaining protocols, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Call is required one weekend per month and two holidays per year.<br></p><p>Inpatient responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Managing child IOP/PHP program</li><li>Managing APPs</li><li>Completing psychiatric evaluations and discharges during the week.
