    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">David Raines Community Health Centers is looking for passionate, qualified applicants to join our team!</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">The School-Based Health Center (SBHC) Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) provides comprehensive primary care, acute illness treatment, chronic condition management and screenings to students in a school setting. The PNP will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to children in the Shreveport/Bossier.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong><u>Work Experience Requirements:</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Perform well-child exams and sports physicals.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Administer vaccinations and other preventive healthcare measures.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Collaborate with pediatrician and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Monitor and manage patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Screen, evaluate and provide referrals regarding health issues.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Adheres to the standards of medical practice.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Provide education to patients and families regarding nutrition and wellness.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Coordinate care with school administration and patients.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Maintain accurate patient records via electronic health records.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Employment would be a <strong>full-time (40) hours per week/ non-exempt position during the SBHC calendar school year as established and approved by the governing school board.</strong></span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">SBHC employees are only paid for hours worked during the time SBHC are open.<strong>&nbsp;SBHC employees are not paid during the summer when SBHC/schools are closed.</strong></span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Work schedules are generally Monday thru Friday, based on clinical operations and <strong>during the approved SBHC calendar year (August - May)</strong>.
