Identifies, develops, and manages strategic relationships with a focus on hospitals, emergency medical service providers and clinicians.</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Identifies and develops new business opportunities for Wellbridge from initial planning to execution through Northwell Hospitals, ER&rsquo;s, and outpatient offices</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Ensures that business development policies, strategies, systems, structure, and approaches align with Wellbridge&rsquo;s strategic priorities related to organizational growth, admissions/census goals and program development</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Identifies, develops, maintains, and leverages strategic business relationships and networking opportunities with entities including but not limited to physicians, medical/group practices, hospital&rsquo;s clinics, business leaders, community-based organizations, professional organizations, and government agencies, leading to new referral source relationships and name and service recognition for Wellbridge</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Collaborates with Wellbridge leadership staff to develop and implement growth initiatives</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Supports overall strategic marketing plan and becomes involved in marketing tactics as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Becomes involved in conferences and symposiums that will extend the reach of the business.</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW62710632 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW62710632 BCX0\">Coordinates special projects and events related to referral development</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Works with Salesforce to ensure data reporting is accurate and activities are measured</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Complies with legal and regulatory compliance requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left: -18px;\">Maintain a safe and caring environment, delivering care in a culturally sensitive manner and consistent with Wellbridge mission, vision, and values</li></ul><p>OTHER DUTIES:  </p><p>This job description is intended to provide general guidance and not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of relevant activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
