    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.23.14/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"> <div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><u><strong>Position Summary</strong></u></p><p>The position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the assigned shift within the CHEMTREC Operations Center. &nbsp;The position reports directly to the Lead Watch Supervisor.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"white-space:pre;\"><u><strong>&nbsp;</strong></u></span><strong><u>Major Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p>■<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Answers, screens, and processes incoming calls as well as prioritizes calls, evaluates and analyzes situations to provide appropriate and timely responses, including calls related to chemical spills, fires, leaks, or personnel exposures.</p><p>■<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Executes relevant standard operating procedures, policies, and protocols.</p><p>■<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Collaborates with other departments within CHEMTREC to provide input and support, as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>■<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Performs other related duties as assigned.</p><p><span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><strong><u>Qualifications/Requirements</u></strong></p><p>■<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in similar environment.&nbsp;</p><p>■<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Two years&rsquo; experience in information management, chemistry, hazardous materials, hazardous materials transportation, or emergency response/emergency management discipline.</p><p>■<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekdays and weeknights as well as weekends and federal holidays.&nbsp;</p><p>■<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to use independent judgment in evaluating situation/issues.</p><p>■<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.</p><p>■<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Strong oral and written communication skills.</p><p>■<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as internet applications.&nbsp;</p><p>■<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to travel domestically.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>ACC offers medical, dental, vision as well as 401(k) matching contribution up to 6% and a 6% contribution to the Profit-Sharing Plan, both vested immediately at 100%.
