If you thrive in high-stakes environments, love solving tough challenges, and enjoy seeing ideas turn into reality, this role is built for you.</p>\n<p><br><strong>We’d Love to Hear From People With:</strong></p>\n<p>You’ll oversee projects from kickoff to commissioning — managing scope, schedules, and budgets while leading cross-functional teams to deliver results safely and on time. You’ll anticipate risks before they become problems, develop strategies that keep projects moving, and ensure stakeholders are aligned at every step. Along the way, you’ll leverage project controls, guide negotiations, conduct lessons learned, and keep senior leadership in the loop with clear reporting and analysis. Simply put: you’ll be the force that turns big plans into big wins.</p>\n<p><br><strong>We’d Love to Hear From People With:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, or equivalent technical experience</li>\n <li>20+ years of management experience leading complex initiatives</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience managing high-tech, scientific R&amp;D projects</li>\n <li>Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>A Successful Candidate Brings:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential</li>\n <li>Experience managing DOE or NRC nuclear facility projects</li>\n <li>An active “Q” level security clearance<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><i>In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.</i></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><i>This position will require a pre­-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.</i></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><i>Centrus Energy and all subsidiaries shall abide by the applicable legal requirements.
