These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. &nbsp;Other duties may be required and assigned.</strong></p><p>More specifically, the person will:</p><ul><li>Be the main point of contact for all customers within the assigned territory for purposes of providing quotes, receiving and processing orders and other customer service-related items.</li><li>Answer all calls in a timely manner to ensure the customer receives prompt attention.</li><li>Create, process and deliver quotations for PPI products.</li><li>Efficiently and accurately enter all necessary order information into the system.&nbsp;</li><li>Process and enter change orders in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Effectively communicate expedited delivery requests to all appropriate PPI departments.</li><li>Learn and possess strong product and system knowledge.</li><li>Maintain good communications with customers within the assigned territory.</li><li>Process service adjustment requests.</li><li>Communicate regularly with all Territory, Area and Regional Sales managers within assigned territory.</li><li>Communicate positively with supervisors, co-workers, and other internal and external customers</li><li>Provide backup to other Inside Sales Representatives as needed and able.</li><li>Perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments in the work area.</li><li>Continually participate in additional training related to the job.</li><li>Regular, consistent attendance.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &nbsp;</strong></p><p><em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
