    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">In order to fulfill the job functions listed below an individual must meet the following minimum qualifications.</span></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Communicate effectively in person, on the telephone and in writing.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must have a tuberculosis test, back evaluation, and be approved for duty by the Medical Director.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Comply with all Facility policies and procedures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Comply with all policies and procedures as may be established by your supervisor.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Comply with all shift standards/duty outlines.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Comply with all safety and infection control policies and procedures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Respect resident rights.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Present a friendly, calm, cooperative, positive manner.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">On occasion may need to lift up to 40 lbs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Prompt and regular attendance.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Complete all job assignments in a timely manner.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Read tray tickets and prepare resident trays accordingly.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Set up individual serving trays.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Serve meal trays to residents in the dining room.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Scrape dishes, cups, silverware, etc.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Clean dining room tables.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment as directed. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain universal precautions and infection control procedures at all times.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Every effort has been made to keep this job description as complete as possible.
