Our work has received accolades including Oscar nominations and numerous VES, Cannes, D&amp;AD, Clio &amp; ADCC awards.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About You</span></p>\n<p><span>You are a highly skilled and creative DMP Artist with solid production experience working on a variety of shows, films and commercials. You will be responsible for creating high-quality digital matte paintings and environments, seamlessly integrating them into live-action footage and CG elements. You have a strong understanding of perspective, composition, lighting, and colour, as well as proficiency in industry-standard software.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your Role</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create photorealistic digital matte paintings for a variety of shots, including environments, set extensions, and atmospheric effects</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the VFX Supervisor, Comp Supervisor, and other artists to develop the visual look of the film</li>\n<li>Work from concept art, reference images, and on-set photography to create seamless integrations</li>\n<li>Maintain consistency in style and quality across all assigned shots</li>\n<li>Optimize images for performance and integration within the VFX pipeline</li>\n<li>Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work within budget</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the technical team</li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest DMP techniques and technologies</li>\n<li>Meet project milestones and deadlines on time</li>\n<li>Make corrections and adjustments requested by the supervisor<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of proven experience as a DMP Artist in commercials, film, or TV</li>\n<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of artistic skill and technical proficiency in creating photorealistic digital matte paintings</li>\n<li>Expert knowledge of industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Nuke, Maya, Blender, and Mari (or equivalent)</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of perspective, composition, lighting, colour theory, and atmospheric effects</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of multiple aspects of the VFX pipeline</li>\n<li>Ability to take direction positively and work well within a team</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment</li>\n<li>Experience with 3D projection and camera mapping techniques is an asset</li>\n<li>Knowledge of rendering software (e.g., Redshift, Houdini, Karma) is an asset<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">We Offer</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible hybrid work environment</li>\n<li>Strong emphasis on work-life balance with standard working hours of 9am–5pm</li>\n<li>Paid lunch break</li>\n<li>Group benefits for eligible employees</li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program for eligible employees</li>\n<li>Sick days and floating holidays for eligible employees</li>\n<li>Summer and Christmas parties</li>\n<li>Centrally located office space for those who enjoy in-person collaboration</li>\n<li>Fully stocked kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks</li>\n<li>Friday Happy Hour - join the team every Friday at 4pm, in person or remotely, for a casual wind-down chat over drinks<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Embassy Visual Effects Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Ready to grow your career with a unique VFX studio?
