He will help drive timely, consistent, and well-documented case execution—from intake and planning through evidence collection, analysis, and reporting—while following established protocols and confidentiality requirements.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</li>\n <li>Support the Investigation Lead in running assigned investigations, end-to-end (or specific workstreams), from intake through closure</li>\n <li>Manage a portfolio of security investigations (e.g., incidents, threats, theft, policy violations, insider risk, misconduct with security implications), ensuring timely, consistent, well-documented outcomes and recommending next steps to the Investigation Lead</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain case plans and timelines (workplan, milestones, dependencies, and required approvals)</li>\n <li>Coordinate interviews, meetings, and stakeholder touchpoints; track decisions, open items, and follow-ups</li>\n <li>Collect and preserve evidence (digital, physical, CCTV/access logs, where applicable), maintaining chain of custody</li>\n <li>Escalate risks, blockers, or sensitive issues promptly (scope changes, legal/compliance concerns, retaliation risk, data gapsGather, organize, and share evidence and case documentation in line with defined standards (chain of custody, version control, access controls)</li>\n <li>Identify trends and root causes; recommend control improvements (process, policy, training, monitoring, access controls</li>\n <li>Contribute to playbooks/SOPs for incident response, investigations, and evidence handling</li>\n <li>Support crisis/critical incident response as needed (e.g., threats, harassment, violence concerns)</li>\n <li>Ensure investigations comply with applicable laws, company policies, and relevant PII/PHI standards</li>\n <li>Maintain secure, accurate case files; ensure documentation is audit-ready and defensible</li>\n <li>All other duties, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Graduate with 5+ years in corporate security investigations, law enforcement investigations, intelligence, compliance investigations, or a related field, including 2+ years leading complex cases</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting or managing investigations (e.g., workplace, compliance, ethics, fraud, or security investigations) in a structured environment</li>\n <li>Strong report writing and executive communication skills</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of physical security systems and/or security logs (e.g., access control, CCTV, visitor management) and how to use them in investigations</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently in a contract capacity and deliver outcomes quickly</li>\n <li>Proficient Microsoft Office skills: Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau, SharePoint, and Excel Pivot tables will be an added advantage</li>\n <li>Basic IT skills with a working knowledge of the range of MS Office packages and knowledge of electronic security systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<p>With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regular computer usage.</li>\n <li>Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.</li>\n <li>Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking. </li>\n <li>Travel, as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Pinkerton is an equal opportunity employer to all applicants and positions without regard to race/ethnicity, color, national origin, ancestry, sex/gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, marital/prenatal status, pregnancy/childbirth or related conditions, religion, creed, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any protected status by local, state, federal or country-specific law.</p>",
