This individual will work to drive out losses through a daily process that is data driven and focused on root cause resolution. In addition, the Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and educating the teams on Centerlines, CIL&rsquo;s, and the Changeover Management Process. They will own the data integrity of the line monitoring system and will be key in collecting/consolidating data in a reasonable format to drive decisions for the line team. A majority of the Process Engineer&rsquo;s day will be spent on the production floor working with the teams to build their technical mastery of the system. The Process Engineer will also build knowledge of the Supervisor&rsquo;s work and be able to cover production when necessary.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Shift Information: Primarily day shift with the expectation to be flexible to support a 24/7 operation.</span>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Collaborates with Line Leaders and Equipment Owners to develop new standards</li><li>Identifies, prioritizes, and eliminates losses associated with their line</li><li>Utilizes MS Excel, City&rsquo;s ERP, and WMS to pull, analyze, and synthesize data related to packaging line operation&nbsp;</li><li>Builds the process capability &amp; control through data analytics ownership</li><li>Provides feedback to design and lead smart standardization deployment</li><li>Coaches line operating teams on the technical understanding of the process&nbsp;</li><li>Train team members on how to verify CL/CIL targets and how to react when out of limits</li><li>Trains Maintenance and Operations Teams on use of changeover standards and validates adherence to standards</li><li>Works with Asset Care team to drive the Break Down Elimination Process and improve Maintenance Planning &amp; Scheduling</li><li>Defines the equipment standards for their line and collaborates with other team members to ensure standards are executed</li><li>Leads root cause analysis, Lean/Kaizen events, and process improvement events with both line teams and cross-functional team members</li><li>Leads the change management &amp; validation processes for their line&nbsp;</li><li>Leads and builds the capability of process failures through technical troubleshooting</li><li>Designs, implements and maintains systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters; uses this data to identify loss and prepare loss prevention plans</li><li>Prioritizes and communicates improvement opportunities to the team&nbsp;</li><li>Participates in the daily direction-setting process by reporting results, flagging opportunities, and identifying resources needs</li><li>Standardizes equipment and work processes; owns the change management system for a designated process</li><li>Shares learnings across processes, modules, and plants with line team&nbsp;</li><li>Acts as the technical expert for all packaging line processes&nbsp;</li><li>Fills in for Line Leads or Supervisors as needed to ensure teams have complete support to safely and successfully run their lines</li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>College graduate with a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, Engineering preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge and use of Statistical Tools</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, SharePoint)</li><li>Demonstrated motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task under continuously changing business priorities</li><li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement is a plus</li><li>Strong Mathematical/Analytical skills</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><em>City Brewery is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all applicants will be considered without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.</em></p><p>&nbsp;</p></div>\n",
