This position will travel between Audi Royal Oak, Land Rover Royal Oak, Macleod Trail Toyota, and our newly purchased Mercedes-Benz South Calgary location! </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>If you are an experienced 3M Installer, we would love to hear from you! This position pays $35-45 an hour plus bonus!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>The 3M/PPF Installer and Automotive Detailer cleans and refurbishes the insides and outsides of new and used automobiles and installs 3M Products.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Primary Duties </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to the core values of being: TRUSTWORTHY, TEAM PLAYER and HAPPY TO HELP</li>\n <li>Supports the efforts of all other coworkers towards meeting our core values</li>\n <li>Look for opportunities to provide exceptional and meaningful experiences with customers and coworkers </li>\n <li>Comply with Go Auto’s policies and Employee Code of Conduct</li>\n <li>Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, liability or integrity of any dealership staff, guests, or the dealership itself or the company</li>\n <li>Be a leader in your own role and assist others in their growth, development, and sense of community with the team</li>\n <li>Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership </li>\n <li>Maintain the utmost legal, moral, and ethical standards with all customers and coworkers </li>\n <li>Attendance at Go University and/or manufacture training as requested by management </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards</li>\n <li>Wash vehicle exterior, using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes</li>\n <li>Apply wax to auto body, and wipe or buff surface to protect surface and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine</li>\n <li>Vacuum interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris, using vacuum cleaner</li>\n <li>Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices</li>\n <li>Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components</li>\n <li>Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents to remove grease and grime</li>\n <li>Apply special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning procedures do not remove, utilizing experience and judgment and following recommendations of the product's manufacturer</li>\n <li>Apply protection products (paint sealant, Fabric and Leather Protection, Undercoating and Rust Inhibitors) </li>\n <li>Install/apply 3M/PPF Products</li>\n <li>Fuel Sold vehicles</li>\n <li>Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation</li>\n <li>Inspect incoming new vehicles to detect damage while removing transportation protective shipping wrap (Lot Lines)</li>\n <li>Park all vehicles in assigned areas</li>\n <li>Always keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools</li>\n <li>Understand and follow federal, provincial, and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes</li>\n <li>Dealership and customer vehicles are never to be used to run personal errands </li>\n <li>Accurately track and document work performed </li>\n <li>Maintain a Class 5 Driver’s License</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by management</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you're ready to be part of a fantastic team, work with incredible vehicles, and jumpstart your career in the automotive world, we want to hear from you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We don’t build jobs, we build careers.
