If this sounds interesting, we have a position for you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have some entry level industrial maintenance experience (preventive maintnenance and back machine repair). Other candidates will be considered with past work experience within a manufacturing facility or a skilled trade. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is located on-site in Ripon, WI.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Standard Work Hours: Weekend First Shift: Friday – Sunday, 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation: Hourly Rate: $27.86 – $30.01, commensurate with experience and qualifications This competitive compensation package reflects the importance and responsibility of this position within our organization.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete all assigned Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders as scheduled within the facility's CMMS and manual tracking systems</li>\n <li>Respond to standard line calls and equipment breakdowns across the facility</li>\n <li>Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and adjust worn, damaged, or defective parts and components to restore and optimize equipment performance</li>\n <li>Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery to ensure proper functioning and extend equipment life</li>\n <li>Reference blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer manuals to verify correct installation and operating procedures</li>\n <li>Record all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage accurately in the department's CMMS and manual tracking systems</li>\n <li>Identify, order, or requisition replacement parts and materials as needed to support ongoing maintenance operations</li>\n <li>Examine components for defects including breakage, misalignment, and excessive wear</li>\n <li>Perform routine greasing and oiling of machinery components and fill oil reservoirs and lubrication systems to manufacturer-specified levels to prevent premature wear and equipment failure</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>What You Need To Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic mechanical aptitude and a demonstrated willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to navigate digital work order and CMMS platforms</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards</li>\n <li>Accreditation or coursework from a technical school or applicable skilled trades program (preferred)</li>\n <li>1–2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related mechanical field (preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our jobs require:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods during a 12-hour shift</li>\n <li>Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits as an Alliance employee include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Retention Bonus</li>\n <li>Stable and growing work environment!</li>\n <li>Annual social events throughout the year for all employees</li>\n <li>Employee Referral Bonus</li>\n <li>Paid vacation in your first year</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Annual Perfect Attendance Awards</li>\n <li>Safety Recognition Program</li>\n <li>Medical Plan with company paid Health Reimbursement Account</li>\n <li>Dental and Vision Plans</li>\n <li>401k Plan</li>\n <li>11 Company Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Company paid Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance with option to purchase additional</li>\n <li>Company paid Long Term Disability (LTD)</li>\n <li>Annual wage increases</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO</h2>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
