Assist with the development and maintenance of curriculum material and training job guides. Provide production support via a centralized inbox. Participate in training project management, serve on project committees, and collaborate with other departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist in the development and maintenance of educational curriculum, related job guides, agenda, communication, and participation for on-site training programs, live virtual sessions, on-demand courses, and mandatory regulatory training, i.e.: New Hire Orientation DHIM Core for Loan Origination and Processing Mortgage Mastery Mortgage 101 Process Change Training Software and Technical System Training Regulatory Lessons Optional Professional Development Topics Manage short-term and long-term training projects and serve as a member of assigned project committees Provide loan-level technical and educational support to Production via the Mortgage Training Inbox Utilize training technology, such as presentation design, voice-over recording, graphics animation, audio and video editing, and Learning Management System (LMS) functionality Stay informed of all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to training content and incorporate any necessary updates Collaborate with other training and departmental teammates Complete research and testing tasks as assigned by project leads Perform special projects as assigned by the National Training Team Leads Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve internal and external customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Ability to work overtime Ability to travel overnight D.R.
