Mailout Package Specialist

Summary We are seeking a Mailout Package Specialist to join our team. As a Mailout Package Specialist, you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload and take pride in what you do. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic. Responsibilities Assist with all Mailout pools electronically Review the intakes before mailing out documents for any missing information Process incoming mail with SSA and/or OHO File representation documents for Case Developers/Legal Assistants Make follow up calls in regards to the retainer packages Receive incoming calls from clients and intake relating to the retainer packages Assist with any emails that come to the SS-Mailout inbox Assist with faxes that come in Qualifications High School diploma or GED required Must be available to work Monday-Friday (open availability) Ability to be a team player and follow procedures Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail This role is on-site, which gives you the chance to be fully immersed in the work and gain direct experience alongside the team.
