    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p><br><strong>This position requires 100% travel</strong></p><p>The <strong>MEP Superintendent</strong> is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on large-scale commercial construction projects. This role ensures that all MEP systems are installed correctly, safely, and in accordance with contract documents, project schedules, and quality standards.
