    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Parks &amp; Recreation</strong></p><p><strong>Equipment Operator, Seasonal (Golf - Cart Attendant)</strong></p><p><strong>Posting Expires: Open Until Filled</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: $17.50 hour</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>General Description and Classification Standards</strong></p><p>Serve members and guests by maintaining golf carts, range conditions and attending to golf bags.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong> &nbsp;<i>These are typical responsibilities for this position and should not be construed as exclusive or all inclusive; may perform other duties as assigned.</i></p><ul><li>Acknowledges and greets all members and guests, providing instruction on proper cart handling and loading clubs on the golf carts as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains the golf cart fleet by performing duties including: washing or detailing the carts daily, stocking cart amenities (pencils, scorecards, tees, cooler, etc.), removing trash after each use, ensuring proper fuel or power to carts, inspecting each cart for mechanical problems as it is to be taken out, counting and securing all carts at closing, and reporting all mechanical problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Make sure the range balls are picked and the range tee is clean of debris and properly stocked.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Decision Making:</strong><br>Follows standardized procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.</p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities: </strong><i>This is a partial listing of necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job successfully. &nbsp;It is not an exhaustive list.</i></p><ul><li>Basic knowledge of how to safely operate all essential equipment related to the position.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have basic reading and writing skills<br>&nbsp;</li></ul>",
