Be part of an extraordinary life!</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain equipment, building, utilities and grounds following community approved methods.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist in maintaining the emergency power generating equipment along with all fire and life safety equipment and help conduct fire drill and safety inspections.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide residents and staff with a timely and effective response to service requests.</li>\n <li>Ensure all equipment and systems function properly and safely.&nbsp; Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations/ordinances.</li>\n <li>Work with the department Director to ensure that community physical plant and grounds are maintained in a good state of repair and that the community projects a good visual image to the community at large</li>\n <li>Maintain maintenance schedules and update progress of open service requests.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma</li>\n <li>Previous experience in senior living or healthcare setting is highly desired</li>\n <li>Previous HVAC experience or is helpful; HVAC Certification Preferred</li>\n <li><strong>Ability to work 8a to 4:30p with rotating weekends.
