    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><a href=\"https://www.inova.org/locations/inova-fair-oaks-hospital-surgery-center\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Inova Fair Oaks Hospital</a>&nbsp;is currently hiring experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses to support our patients.<b>&nbsp;Eligible Nurses will qualify for sign-on &amp; relocation bonuses.</b></p>\n<p><b>Work Schedule: Full-time, night shift: Three 12hr shifts per week.&nbsp;</b></p>\n<p><b>Schedule breakdown:</b> 12-hour shifts (6:30p to 7:00am). 2-week alternating schedule (1st week: S, M, Tu &amp; 2nd week: Tu, W, Th). If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.</li>\n <li><b>License:&nbsp;</b>Must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.</li>\n <li><b>Certification:</b>&nbsp;Basic Life Support with American Heart Association.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Experience:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Scrub and circulating experience strongly preferred</li>\n</ul>",
