    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p>- Business Analysis &amp; Process Improvement&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define, develop, and document business requirements, objectives, and system specifications.</li><li>Analyze existing systems and processes, leveraging data insights to recommend improvements.</li><li>Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals and drive efficiency.</li></ul><p>- System Optimization &amp; Troubleshooting&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Investigate and diagnose system issues, implementing effective solutions.</li><li>Monitor system performance to identify trends and proactively address potential problems.</li><li>Provide timely communication to users regarding issue resolution and system updates.</li></ul><p>- Project Implementation &amp; Execution&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Lead and/or participate in the planning and execution of system implementation projects.</li><li>Track project milestones, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of enhancements.</li></ul><p>- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM &amp; ERP Expertise&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Utilize deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM &amp; ERP to drive system improvements.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding users on best practices and system capabilities.</li><li>Work closely with IT and business teams to align system functionality with operational needs.</li></ul><p>- Stakeholder Collaboration &amp; User Training&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Partner with business units to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Conduct training sessions to ensure users are equipped with the knowledge to maximize system efficiency.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous learning and process optimization.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM &amp; ERP systems and processes.</li><li>Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Proven ability to coordinate mid-size, multi-department projects with management oversight.</li><li>4-6 years of experience in a functional role within a manufacturing company, utilizing purpose-implemented business systems.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in project-oriented operations focused on process redesign and/or business system support.</li><li>Ability to work primarily during normal Eastern Standard Time business hours, with flexibility as needed based on project requirements.</li></ul>",
