The Building Engineer I may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays during emergencies.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Notice to Applicants:</strong>The position of <strong>Building Engineer</strong> is open at three tiers: <strong>I, II, and III</strong>. Placement into a specific tier will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills. The pay for this role will correspond to the assigned tier and ranges from <strong>$24.57 to $42.33</strong> per hour, depending on qualifications and years of experience. We encourage candidates with varying levels of expertise to apply.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Building Engineer I</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>\n <li>Current Drivers License</li>\n <li>Current and ongoing Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) that is considered insurable under the Community Memorial Healthcare insurance coverages</li>\n <li>Two (2) years general maintenance experience working with electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Building Engineer II</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>\n <li>Curent Drivers License </li>\n <li>Current and ongoing Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) that is considered insurable under the Community Memorial Healthcare insurance coverages</li>\n <li>Five (5) years general maintenance experience working with electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical equipment</li>\n <li>Two (2) years of hospital maintenance experience </li>\n <li>Previous experience with construction management, Fire/Life Safety systems and BMS/EMS </li>\n <li>Able to read plans and blueprints </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Building Engineer III</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>\n <li>Current Drivers License</li>\n <li>Current and ongoing Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) that is considered insurable under the Community Memorial Healthcare insurance coverages</li>\n <li>Seven (7) years of general maintenance experience working with electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical equipment</li>\n <li>Four (4) yerars of hospital maintenance experience</li>\n <li>Strong HVAC and electrical background</li>\n <li>Current knowledge of local, state and federal codes and regulations </li>\n <li>Previous experience with construction management, Fire/Life Safety systems and BMS/EMS</li>\n <li>Able to read plans and blueprints</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Building Engineer I</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of tools and/or instrumentation used for troubleshooting and repair</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Building Engineer II</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of tools and/or instrumentation used for troubleshooting and repair</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Building Engineer III</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of tools and/or instrumentation used for troubleshooting and repair</li>\n <li>Journeyman Electrician License</li>\n <li>Certified Fire Alarm Technician</li>\n <li>Refrigeration Recovery License </li>\n <li>Building Management System Certification</li>\n <li>Associates Degree in Electronics or Engineering</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><em><strong>Nationally Recognized.
