They are responsible for providing excellent customer service and adhering to visual merchandising and operational standards.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.</li><li>Ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times.</li><li>Maintain the selling floor, merchandise and store standards.</li><li>Participate in special events and or projects as needed (i.e. Sample Sale, Physical Inventory, etc.).</li><li>Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li>Some heavy lifting required.</li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;line-height:1.6em;\">High attention to detail and reporting accuracy to ensure exact reporting of inventory.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;line-height:1.6em;\">Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, namely Word, Excel, and Outlook.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;line-height:1.6em;\"><span style=\"font-size:13px;line-height:1.6em;\">Retail Pro experience preferred, however is not required.
