Manage, supervise and coordinate activities related to an office, department or function in an effective, efficient and professional manner. Participate in meetings, discussions, projects and workshops as may pertain to the administration of the services being provided by the respective area. Competently and professionally complete the duties and responsibilities assigned. May be required to develop and facilitate presentations.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Focuses on external marketing and outreach to raise the visibility of University of Memphis Lambuth Campus within the community. Collaborates with the UofM Lambuth Campus Admissions team to support efforts aimed at increasing student enrollment. Generates story ideas, press releases, and pitches for print, news, and online media. Develops consistent messaging and talking points to ensure clear, cohesive communication. Coordinates campus participation in community events and representing the campus when needed. (20%)
Collaborates with the University of Memphis Division of Marketing and Communications to develop integrated marketing and advertising plans that align with university branding and guidelines. Based on UofM Lambuth’s strategic plan, develops, implements and evaluates targeted marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials for the campus and its academic programs. Oversees digital and traditional advertising efforts, including campaign planning, placement, and performance tracking to maximize reach and return on investment. May supervise staff, including interns and student workers. All efforts are focused on increasing enrollment. (20%)
Leads video and audio marketing content while coordinating publicity, photography, videography, web and other UofM Lambuth Campus marketing and communications efforts. Develops recruitment materials in collaboration with UofM Lambuth Admissions and the University of Memphis Division of Marketing and Communications. Writes and edits copy. Partners with colleges to create recruitment-focus program-specific messaging and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and signage. (20%)
Oversees UofM Lambuth’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, creating and curating content that supports recruitment and brand awareness. Monitors platform activity, engages with audiences, and tracks performance through analytics to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategy. Continuously optimizes digital content to improve reach, engagement, and overall user experience. (15%)
Manages the UofM Lambuth Campus website, creating, updating and editing content that is engaging, relevant and tailored to the campus’s priority audiences.(10%)
Analyzes marketing data for UofM Lambuth Campus to inform strategy and decision-making. Conducts assessments to identify population-specific marketing approaches and develops surveys, questionnaires and other feedback tools to evaluate effectiveness and guide improvements. (10%)
Other duties as assigned. (5%)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area and five years of appropriate experience. Relevant experience may substitute for required education.
