Core duties involve evaluating, diagnosing, and treating clients with substance abuse disorders. You will use a combination of medical knowledge and psychological interventions to create customized treatment plans. These plans can include medication management for addiction, oversight of detoxification processes, and ongoing medical supervision during recovery. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals, therapists, and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to addiction treatment. The objective is to address both the physical and psychological aspects of addiction, aiding clients in achieving sustained recovery and overall well-being.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><em>What tasks are required?</em></strong></p>\n<ul class=\"editor-ul\">\n<li>\n<p>The Medical Director shall oversee the development and revision of medial policies, procedures and ongoing training for matters such as routine medical care, specialized services and medical and psychiatric emergency care and supervision of medical staff.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>As a senior member of our BriteLife at New York team, you will act as a key partner working with our Corporate Advisory Board, and project leadership for recruitment and retention of medical staff.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Plans, organizes, directs, and supervises all medical staff functions. Conducts Performance Appraisals for assigned medical staff.
