    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Memory Care Manager at Drake Terrace </strong>passionately promotes a healthy, activity-enriched lifestyle as well as directs, coordinates and supervises services and programs for the residents.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay: $72,000-$77,000/yr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Availability: Sunday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor and evaluate residents regularly and assess levels of care</li>\n <li>Plan, prepare and monitor daily work schedules</li>\n <li>Plan and prepare assignment sheets for resident assistants</li>\n <li>Actively support and facilitate wellness programs that meet the needs of each resident</li>\n <li>Interface with physicians and other care providers</li>\n <li>Monitor all physician orders and ensure they have been followed</li>\n <li>Maintain contact with outside health care services pertaining to the resident’s needs</li>\n <li>Oversee medication control and coordinate with physicians for optimum health care</li>\n <li>Handle emergency situations responsibly and calmly until aid arrives</li>\n <li>Conduct and/or assist with regular staff meetings and daily stand-ups</li>\n <li>Review payroll documentation to minimize missed punches and monitor overtime</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bring a smile to work every day</li>\n <li>Be a great team player</li>\n <li>Be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or have a bachelor’s degree in health services/social sciences or related field</li>\n <li>Two to four years’ experience working in senior care</li>\n <li>Experience working with persons living with dementia preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have or be able to obtain the appropriate state license required by law</li>\n <li>CPR Certified</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
