And we have a culture of service and support that puts customer satisfaction first.</p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>The Shop Hand will aid in the performance of inspections, testing and preventative maintenance of company equipment supplied for rental and/or sale, and possible service of customer equipment. &nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>Pulling orders for delivery</li></ul><ul><li>Assisting in inventory control, counts, reorganizations, etc.</li><li>Operation of forklift</li><li>Working with ERP system regarding inventory and order management</li><li>Palletizing, prepping products for shipment</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist in load testing as needed</li><li>Ensures accurate documentation is used throughout process. (bills of laden, packing slips, shipping manifests, and photos.)&nbsp;</li><li>Supervises the accurate completion of shipping, packing, crating, and documentation, as per customer specs&nbsp;</li><li>Pulling stock items for sales orders, staging orders for will call, ensuring local delivery and commercial carrier pick up</li><li>Identify and count inbound purchase orders</li><li>Unload/Load trucks for delivery/receiving</li><li>Perform other functions as required</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\" type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and Manlift equipment. (OJT provided)</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Good verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to operate hydraulic machinery.
