We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in the Limerick area for a life sciences fit out project - cleanroom or cold room experience is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering an interior fit-out project on time and to budget, the contracts and works under their control.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Site Manager Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>- Deliver Projects in accordance with Ardmac Safety First Guiding Principles<br>- The provision of or ensuring that information, instruction and training is provided to Operatives and Subcontractors in emergency procedures and the content of Risk Assessments and safe systems of work.<br>- Ensuring the review Sub-Contractor documentation for adequacy with regard to task planning, risk assessment, training, resources and supervision on their sites.<br>- Ensuring all works installed as per correct issue of drawings and that works are inspected to ensure compliance to specification.<br>- Ensuring environmental management plans are developed and implemented for all relevant sites u<br>- Maintain excellent working relationship with Client/ Project team throughout the contract.<br>- Carrying all day to day activities in a professional manner in line with our companies systems and procedures.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<p>- Previous track record in site management</p>\n<p>- Experience of cleanroom / cold room / white wall construction essential<br>- Knowledge of interior fit out projects</p>\n<p>- Knowledge of construction methods and best practice, technologies and materials<br>- Measurement and valuation</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer</span></p>\n<p>There are many benefits to working with Ardmac, including, in addition to competitive salary, training and development opportunities, pension contribution and discretionary bonus.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you are interested and have relevant experience, please send your CV for review by the Ardmac team.</p>",
