    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>Support timely and accurate reporting and analysis of financial results; Maintain records of expenses,&nbsp;inventories and budget balances.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare timely reporting and analysis of key financial information (KPI’s, STAT’s) for reporting unit.</li>\n <li>Maintain and distribute reporting records of operational expenses (including scrap, purchase burden) and inventories in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Serve as reporting unit liaison with central PTP team to resolve receiving, AP invoice, payment issues, including PAT, ICT and ROSE transactions.</li>\n <li>Reconcile supplier statements as needed.</li>\n <li>Prepare selected account reconciliations with proper supporting documentation for Plant Controller review.</li>\n <li>Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions with partner sites ensuring no out of balance conditions in month end reporting.</li>\n <li>Support Plant Controller in month end closing activities.</li>\n <li>Support Plant Controller in forecast and budget development activities as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate with operational staff in all function-related meetings.</li>\n <li>Serve as proxy to Cost Analyst.</li>\n <li>Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.</li>\n <li>Support plant SCM with physical inventories as needed.</li>\n <li>Obtain requisitioner confirmation of receipt of indirect goods and services and complete corresponding purchase order receipt in ERP system.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>Education:&nbsp;Bachelor's Level Degree Area of Study: Business Administration, Finance/ Controlling (Accounting, Finance, Controlling, etc.) or similar.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.</p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2-5 Minimum Years of Experience within an industrial company, preferably the automotive industry.</li>\n <li>Must be able and willing to work at industrial manufacturing plants.</li>\n <li>Both manufacturing &amp; finance background or experience.</li>\n <li>Experience in costing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to work in a rigorous and fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to relay technical accounting information to cross functional team members not working in Finance and Accounting roles.</li>\n <li>Internally motivated to investigate and solve issues.</li>\n</ul>",
